Kellie Keaton- Founder: My name is Kellie Keaton I have been married to my wonderful husband Michael for almost 4 years now. I have two wonderful children Spencer 16 and Makaylyn 13. I have been interested in the paranormal since I was about 14 and grew up in a haunted house in Ellenwood, GA, that was extremely active. To say that I wasn't scared out of my wits would be a lie, but as I got older my fear becamemore of a curiosity. I wanted to know why these spirits were stuck in limbo. I started buying books, going on tours and doing research on the Internet. I wanted to learn as much as I could about this phenomenon. As an adult I have lived in acouple of haunted houses and would do my own little investigations. Then I realized that there are hundreds of people out there that are experiencing the same things that I have and have no idea what to do about it. That is when I decided to start my group. Not only is this a chance to educate and help others with their own experiences with the paranormal and try to put their fears to rest, but it is also my way of helping to further the field of paranormal science. I would love tomake this my life's work. Our group has already helped many families and I look forward to helping many more.
Michael Keaton-Founder: My name is Michael Keaton and I am married to Kellie Keaton. I have always had questions about the existence of ghosts and the paranormal.Being a skeptic, I have had many interesting and exciting experiences since starting this group that have begun to change my views. I seek to find answers not only for myself but for those that are scared as well. I enjoy being in charge of the tech department as it allows me to work with new gadgets in the field, while helping to seek out the truth.
Kim Bourque-director: My name is Kim Bourque. I'm a born and raised New Englander (Massachusetts, actually). I have always had a fascination with the paranormal and unknown. I am a skeptic but I am also open minded to other peoples experiences. I would like to experience something that I can't explain away. I help formed this group so we could help people who felt like they had no where else to turn to. We want to help people through understanding and compassion for what they are going through, as well as find reasons paranormal or not for what they are experiencing. I also want to further this field of research through the highestt level of professionalism and solid evidence.
Tom Lemaux-investigator: My name is Tom Lemaux. I am married and have to children. I enjoy hockey, martial arts and golf. Having a science degree and a catholic school backround has created many questions about what comes next. I always had the ability to figure out how things worked and believed that through common sense everything was explainable Recently I had an experience that has changed this belief. I joined RIPS to help find answers to my questions and better understand my experiences. As I continue my search, I hope to help others find answers to their questions.
Ansley Perry-historian: My name is Ansley Perry. I'm married with three beautiful children. I have been interested in all things paranormal since I was a kid. I grew up in a family that was very open in regards to ghosts, spirits, etc. Both my grandmother's had very haunted houses and I spent a great deal of my childhood with them. I have had experiences myself with the nice and not so nice side of the paranormal, including the house I currently live in! I'm a history major so I really enjoy learning about the background of some of the sites that we investigate. I hope to help people better understand what is going on in their residences when the paranormal is present and, hopefully, to help put some of their fears aside.
Michael perry-investigator: My name is Michael. I was born in Georgia and have been here, so far, all my life. I am married to the most wonderful person in the world Ansley,who is also a member of r-i-p-s .I have never been a skeptic because I have lived in a house with paranormal activity going on in it all the time. Thats why i have met great new friends here at r-i-p-s.They came to my home and found interesting things and now they are like my family.
Jessica Seigel-Marketing: My name is Jessica Seigel. I was born and raised in Texas, and moved to Georgia not too long ago. I have never been a skeptic for as long as I can remember. I, myself have never personally seen anything paranormal, however, I have heard relatives and friends encounters on more than one occassion, or shows depicted from real events. I am terrified of what the paranormal is capable of which is the main reason I have joined this group. I want to participate in validating what plagues residences and other locations in attempt to provide peace to those affected by such occurrences. The key to a solution is figuring out what the problem is.
Stephen Stephenson-Tech Assistant: My name is Stephen Stephenson. I have grown up in several places all over the world.I am new to the field of paranormal research. I have been a skeptic about paranormal phenomena, and have always tried to disprove these strange happenings. My family members are firm believers in possessions of past relatives through a medium and have had several experiences. I believe that there is a logical explanation for everything. With a technical and electronic background, I look for the scientific reasoning behind these activities.
